Planable is built around approval. Posts go to a workspace, teammates and clients comment on them, and someone signs them off. It does that job well.

PhemosReach runs approvals too, on every plan and on by default. The difference is what arrives in the queue. In Planable, someone still has to write the post before anyone can approve it. In PhemosReach, the draft is already there, written in your voice, checked against your brand rules, with its image, waiting for a yes.

"Not listed" means Planable's pricing page does not mention it, which is not the same as Planable being unable to do it. Planable prices here are monthly billing, in US dollars, before tax. PhemosReach prices are on our pricing page.

Approval is the default, not an upgrade

Every PhemosReach plan, including Free, holds each post for review: the script first, then the image. Nothing publishes until someone says yes. On Planable's Basic plan, approvals can be switched on but are optional; making them required starts on Pro, at $59 a month per workspace.

For more than one step, Business lets you build multi-step approval workflows with viewer, editor, reviewer, admin and owner roles, and give each brand its own route, for $99/month. Planable lists multi-level approvals on its Enterprise plan, with custom pricing.

And when a brand has earned your trust, Business can switch on auto-approve for that brand alone. It needs an explicit opt-in and either a daily cap or a monthly budget, so skipping review cannot quietly turn into a surprise bill.

The drafts are written for you, in your voice

Planable lists AI post generation and rewriting on every plan. PhemosReach goes further back. It builds a voice profile from your own writing samples, starts drafts from what your niche is talking about this week, checks every draft against your brand guidelines before you see it, and generates the image with the post. One draft becomes a thread, a carousel, a poll or a caption, each previewed against the network's own character limit.

From Pro, each channel can have its own persona, images follow your brand's style, carousels get generated slides, and long-form articles and newsletters are included.

What it costs, worked through

One marketer, three brands, every post approved. On Planable that is three workspaces, and required approval means Pro: $177 a month, or about $147.50 billed yearly, with 150 posts per brand per month and the posts still to write. Pro is $29/month for three brands and ten channels, with two-stage review on every post and the drafts, images and carousels written in your voice.

A small agency, ten clients, five people. Planable Pro for ten workspaces is $590 a month, or about $492 billed yearly, and multi-level approvals need Enterprise. Business is $99/month for ten brands, 50 channels, up to five team members and custom approval workflows.

PhemosReach plans measure AI use in monthly credits: Business includes 28,000 credits/mo, and the plan cards show what that buys. Planable caps posts per workspace instead: 60 a month on Basic and 150 on Pro.

Planable's pricing page lists the channels it supports. Compared with the networks PhemosReach publishes to:

  • Both: X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads and Pinterest.
  • PhemosReach, not in Planable's list: Bluesky, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, Mastodon and Tumblr.
  • Planable, not PhemosReach: Google Business Profile.

When Planable is still the right call

If clients or stakeholders need to review posts themselves, Planable is built for it: every plan has unlimited users, with annotations, suggested edits and version history, and Pro adds team-only drafts and notes. Business stops at five team members. Planable also sells analytics and a social inbox as add-ons, and connects to Canva, Slack and Zapier. PhemosReach is new and has no customer stories to show you yet.
