: the September release

What it means for you: approvals, scheduling and support are more dependable, a cancelled post stays cancelled, and agencies can keep each client's accounts and results apart.

Added

  • Commute Mode on Pro and above: the app reads your latest headlines aloud and you answer by voice, to brief, approve or discard each one.
  • Each connected account belongs to a client brand. Accounts, the Listen feed and the schedule show which client each one is for, and Analytics has a By account tab with each client's results subtotalled.
  • Up to five connected accounts on each network, on every plan, within your plan's overall channel limit.
  • Un-approve: an approved post that has not gone out yet can be sent back to review.
  • A brand can ask for a mention of something each week, such as another product you run, and the brand page shows how the week is tracking.
  • Help now has a What is new page, step-by-step tutorials, and a way to contact support from inside the app. A security page explains where your data lives and how it is protected.
  • When several LinkedIn company pages are yours, you choose which one to connect.
  • For integrations: the API reference covers 45 more operations, and an Admin-level API key can manage your webhook subscriptions.

Improved

  • You are told when a channel on Auto-Schedule has gone quiet for two days, and why.
  • The relevance setting in Settings, AI now uses the same 0 to 20 scale the scoring uses.
  • Approving a post whose slot lands more than 30 days away now warns you and points you to Schedule.
  • Analytics, Listen, Campaigns, Articles, Trends and Newsletter remember the tab you were on, so a refresh or a shared link opens the same view.
  • On a phone, the More menu opens with a search field.
  • Opening setup again after finishing it shows your setup summary instead of an old step.
  • Lead email sequences now carry an unsubscribe link with one-click unsubscribe, and a lead who unsubscribes is never sent another sequence email.

Fixed

  • A scheduled post you cancel stays cancelled, and a post that fails to publish waits for you instead of being retried on its own.
  • Lead email sequences send reliably again; before, a due email could be recorded as failed and the lead taken out of the sequence.
  • The Contact support page tells you straight away when messages cannot be delivered, and shows the address to write to.
  • The API reference and health pages open correctly in a browser that has used the app before.
  • The Accounts page no longer stalls when one network's check is slow.
  • We tightened how connected-account information is handled. Nothing you use is affected.
